Whenever I had negative thoughts, I tried to distract myself as much as possible. I would binge watch or read or anything and it definitely made me feel better. I can’t force myself to be positive but I’ve got closer to some people nowadays and that gives me hope to be optimistic. I started a workout and skincare routine which I didn’t have time for before the lockdown. I tried baking too. I also watched many YouTube tutorials, series, movies. However, along with all that, I had my studies too. I must admit that I’ve become lazier, and I have also messed up my sleep schedule. Nonetheless, on a positive note, I’ve started eating healthy meals and started investing in my hobbies, which I did not have time for otherwise.
