Taking care of my mental health in the past 3 months wasn’t that difficult for me as I was still in close touch with most of my friends to whom I could share my thoughts and feelings. I even gave myself breaks while studying for too long to refresh my mind. This has increased my efficiency. I spent most of my time working on my school work, followed by RCMHV. I was the chairperson for a very interesting project, and I learned new art forms to keep my hobby active. I see a positive transition when it came to focus and keeping up with my friends as I got closer to a few old friends. I think it goes without saying that I was at home and mostly inactive, so my physical health has been affected adversely.
