I like to keep my routine very flexible. I do what I love to do and have made more time for myself. I started meditating. I read a lot more and I journal too. I’m calmer through the day and I am not worked up through the day. Again, a flexible schedule helps you. I keep it light and breezy. I feel great and happy to start the day.
