By thinking positively and looking at the brighter side of every situation faced as much as I could rather than panicking. I indulged myself in various activities, one of which was cooking and it was honestly super therapeutic. I also attended as many webinars as I could and it was definitely worth it. I also followed workout routines, read as many novels as I could, and it helped me remain calm in this Pandemic. I became more responsible because of the lockdown as I took a few responsibilities and started spending more time with my family by watching movies almost every day so we bonded more strongly which wasn’t happening previously as everyone had different schedules. I became more patient than before and I also learnt a few measures to take care of my anxiety.
